conditions for use:The following conditions for use create a legally binding agreement between you and the Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung GmbH (MDM). Please read the entire agreement before downloading a logo. By clicking on the button which prompts the download, you agree to all paragraphs which make up the agreement. 1. The user acknowledges the fact that Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung GmbH (MDM) is the sole proprietor of the rights of unrestricted use of the logo. 2. The user declares that the logo will be used for inclusion in the credits of a film or for presentation within a multimedia product or other publications which make reference to the financial support granted by MDM. Downloading a logo for other purposes or for personal use is prohibited. 3. The logo is the chief visual element representing MDM. It is made up of the word »Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung« and the image structure »aperture/cross hairs«. As a rule, the structural entity of the adjacently placed text and image objects constitute the logo. None of its objects may be altered or stand alone. The general proportions in size must be preserved. This concerns the type size, the distance between the objects and the total width of the logo's presentation. As a rule, the logo may only be rendered in its four color design. Should the four tint presentation turn out unfeasible due to technical, economic or other important obstacles, only a black-and-white presentation with appropriate shades of gray is admissible. Incase several logos are included, they must be placed next to one another. The MDM logo may generally be placed at the far right, the partners' logos must be placed left to it. 4. The user is required to provide MDM with two specimen copies of the product into which the logo has been incorporated. This must be done at the user's expense immediately after the product has been finished. 5. The user may not transfer to a third party the privileges granted to him by this agreement. 6. MDM reserves the right to revoke all privileges granted in this agreement. 7. MDM reserves all rights to action deemed necessary if any part of this agreement is not complied with. |
